About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Shed Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our packing shed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leading teams and ensuring quality, safety and productivity standards are achieved.

Working closely with site management, you will play a key role in coordinating packing operations, supporting team performance and driving continuous improvement across the shed.

This role operates on an early morning schedule, with a 7:00am start.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily packing shed operations.
- Lead, support and develop members of the packing shed team.
- Coordinate labour, workflow and resources to meet production requirements.
- Monitor productivity, quality and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Support food safety and quality assurance programs, including HACCP standards.
- Maintain operational records and assist with reporting requirements.




- Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality and efficiency outcomes

Skills and Experiences:
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings strong leadership capability combined with a practical, hands-on approach to getting the job done.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership position.
- Experience within packing, production, agriculture, manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced operational setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel.
- A current Forklift Licence.

Additional Skills & Experience

The following qualifications and experience will be viewed favourably:

- First Aid Certificate.
- HACCP and food safety knowledge.
- HR Licence.
- Experience in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS).
