Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Henley

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Henley. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

What you will need

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay rates

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr




- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Day to day
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
