Wellness Coordinator

About the role

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive and organised Wellness Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary wellness clinic.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, reception, recovery services and day-to-day clinic operations. You’ll be an important part of creating a welcoming, professional environment for our patients, practitioners and wider community.

We’re open to employing one full-time team member or two part-time team members, with shifts scheduled according to clinic demand and operational needs.

Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–6:30 pm, and Saturday mornings.

What you’ll be doing

Patient experience and reception

- Welcoming patients and visitors and creating a friendly, professional first impression.
- Supporting reception duties for our multidisciplinary team, including chiropractors, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and psychologists.
- Assisting with appointments, patient enquiries and general administrative tasks.
- Making coffee for patients and practitioners and helping create a welcoming clinic atmosphere.

Recovery services

- Instructing clients on the safe and appropriate use of our recovery facilities, including ice baths, saunas and recovery boots.
- Preparing, emptying, cleaning and maintaining recovery equipment and facilities.
- Helping clients feel comfortable and confident when using our recovery services.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation and equipment care.

Clinic operations

- Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented clinic throughout the day.
- Coordinating room schedules and assisting practitioners with room availability and changing requirements.




- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic and helping accommodate the needs of different allied health professionals.
- Monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies and assisting with ordering.
- Promoting and selling products stocked by the clinic, providing friendly and informed recommendations to customers.

About you

You’re someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in your setting and can confidently juggle a variety of tasks throughout the day.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, reliable and organised approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space.
- Confidence learning new systems, equipment and procedures.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
- Flexibility to work across a roster that includes early starts, evening shifts and Saturday mornings, as required.

Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but the right attitude is just as important. Experience in reception, hospitality, retail, fitness, wellness or allied health would be valuable. Barista skills are a bonus, but training can be provided.

Pay: $60,400.00 – $80,000.00 per year
