Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Strathfield South

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Strathfield South. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

How we support you

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What the role involves

- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour




- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Hours you need to be free

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
