Talent International is seeking experienced Project Managers to join a major, multi-year digital transformation program focused on modernising critical technology systems, improving business processes and delivering enhanced digital services.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale legacy system modernisation initiative, leading complex technology projects from initiation through to successful delivery.

Working within a PRINCE2 governance framework incorporating Agile delivery practices, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, technical teams and business leaders to deliver meaningful transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology transformation and modernisation projects.
- Oversee the migration and transition from legacy systems to contemporary technology platforms.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, technical workstreams and senior stakeholders.
- Establish effective project governance, reporting and assurance processes.
- Work closely with Product Owners, senior executives and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Drive project delivery within agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standards.

Essential

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology transformation and legacy system modernisation projects.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification – mandatory.




- Demonstrated success managing complex projects from initiation through to completion.
- Strong project governance, financial management, risk management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience delivering projects within complex, regulated and/or government environments.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.

Highly Desirable

- Experience working across both government and private sector environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid PRINCE2/Agile environments.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project.
- Agile or Scrum Master qualifications.
- Experience delivering complex digital transformation programs involving multiple technical workstreams.
