You’ll join an experienced team delivering new build projects up to $40M, with a strong pipeline of work across Brisbane.

About The Role
As Senior Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of new build projects, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontracts and procurement packages
- Monitor project budgets, costs and cash flow
- Assist with tender evaluations and letting packages
- Administer progress claims,
variations and contractual correspondence
- Work closely with your Project Manager and Site Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Recent experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator / CA
- Strong recent build construction experience
- Ability to manage projects and packages from start to finish
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Brisbane / Queensland construction market experience highly regarded
