About The Role

Join the Organisational Development team and connect workforce intelligence, employee insights, organisational data and emerging trends with Suncorp’s strategic priorities.

You will partner with Group Strategy, People leaders and executives to shape integrated strategies, measures and long-term plans. This role combines detailed analysis with genuine enterprise consulting, helping EGMs understand opportunities, manage risks and achieve results.

Working across the People team and broader organisation, you will build trusted relationships, move quickly and translate complex evidence into clear recommendations for future workforce and organisational needs.

What You'll Do

- Partner with Group Strategy to connect emerging workforce trends with enterprise and People priorities.
- Analyse engagement, workforce and organisational data, including WGEA and employee engagement reporting.
- Develop future-focused measures, indicators and evaluation frameworks that show progress, impact and strategic alignment.
- Create clear reports, visualisations and executive narratives that support planning, investment and prioritisation.
- Consult with EGMs and senior stakeholders to frame challenges, facilitate discussions and turn evidence into action.
- Connect research, stakeholder perspectives and multiple data sources into a cohesive view of organisational opportunities and risks.

What You'll Bring

- At least five years’ experience across strategy, consulting, organisational development, workforce strategy, research or insights.
- Consulting firm experience of at least 12 months would be highly beneficial
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with experience interpreting engagement surveys and workforce reporting.




- Practical knowledge of strategic measurement, evaluation frameworks, research methods and data storytelling.
- Proven relationship-building and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
- A collaborative approach, sound judgement and the ability to deliver quality work while priorities move quickly.
