We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Support Consultant to provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, supporting business users, managing system configurations, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Handle incidents, service requests, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Support modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management and Recruitment.
- Perform system testing, regression testing and support UAT.
- Work on HCM data loads, HDL, HSDL and data validation.
- Develop and support OTBI reports,
BI Publisher reports and dashboards.
- Support quarterly Oracle Fusion updates and enhancements.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Mandatory Skills:
- Robust hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Experience in production support and incident management.
- Knowledge of Core HR and other HCM modules.
- Experience in HDL/HSDL, OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM configurations and workflows.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
