The opportunity:

You'll look after purchasing, the warehouse and the facilities at our Head Office. You'll source equipment, goods and services, manage supplier relationships, keep stock and assets accurate, and make sure our office is safe and well maintained. You'll report to the National Procurement & Facilities Manager and may lead team members in the warehouse and purchasing space.

This is a hands-on coordination role. You'll plan what we buy and when, keep deliveries and stock on track, hold the standards, and be the first point of contact when something on site needs fixing.

Our team is open to all staff and guests, so this role is the face of how we look after people. You'll work with every department, and with the suppliers, contractors and landlord who keep the business running

What you'll bring:

- Proven experience in purchasing, warehouse and receiving, or a similar role. You understand how goods are sourced, received, recorded and dispatched.
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills. You always get a second quote and build relationships with reliable suppliers.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations, and an OH&S; certificate, Fire Warden training and a valid First Aid certificate. You'll also be expected to hold a Chief Fire Warden and First Aid certificate.
- A keen eye for detail. You keep inventory, asset and pricing records accurate,



and you're confident in systems such as Pronto and Outlook.
- Excellent organisation, planning and time management, with good problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills. You're well presented and work well with staff, customers and guests, and you can coach and motivate team members.
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy, and you work with passion and enthusiasm.

What to expect:

Two things to know going in. First, this is a hands-on role. You'll receive and check deliveries, pick and pack orders, lift light to medium weight items, keep the warehouse clean and organised, lead our Fire Wardens and First Aiders, and step in on building and facilities issues. If you want a desk-only procurement role, this isn't the fit.

Second, accuracy and timeliness matter. Purchasing duties have a 24-hour turnaround, and you'll work to an agreed savings target. If you like transparent standards and getting things right the first time, you'll do well here.
