For the first time in nine years, a rare opportunity has emerged to lead Doltone House’s Head of Weddings & Social Celebrations business.

As Doltone House grows, this key leadership role continues to evolve. An expanding venue portfolio and broader commercial responsibilities create an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to shape and drive the next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the GM of Sales, you will lead this arm of the business and its sales team, combining commercial strategy, revenue performance and team development with hands-on management of VIPs and high-value opportunities.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Execute budgets, annual business plans and quarterly priorities to deliver revenue growth.
- Own revenue, sales conversion, forecasting and pipeline performance across the business.
- Identify new markets, growth opportunities and revenue gaps, developing targeted strategies to strengthen performance.
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team, setting clear expectations and accountability.
- Personally manage VIPs, key accounts and selected clients through qualification, proposals, negotiation and confirmation.
- Develop strategic partnerships, industry relationships and referral channels to generate new business.
- Drive improvements across the sales journey, from lead qualification and proposal through to conversion and handover.
- Work across Marketing, Revenue and Operations to develop commercially focused campaigns, products, packages and pricing strategies that drive demand and revenue growth.
- Keep the GM of Sales informed on performance, risks, opportunities and actions required to deliver results

What You Will Bring To The Team

- A strong track record in sales leadership and delivering revenue growth.
- Experience developing commercial plans, identifying market opportunities and improving sales performance.
- Confidence personally managing clients and converting high-value opportunities.
- A practical,



supportive approach to coaching a team and holding people accountable.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop new business and strategic partnerships.
- The ability to move comfortably between strategic planning, team leadership and hands-on sales.
- Weddings and social celebrations experience is highly desirable, but not essential. Strong sales leaders from events, hospitality or related sectors are encouraged to apply.

Due to the nature of the position, weekend work is required with an additional day off during the week.
