We’re hiring: Senior Finance Manager | Permanent

Hola Health is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager to build the financial engine behind that growth. This is the most senior finance role in the business, reporting directly to our CEO.

You’ll own financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and take responsibility for month-end and year-end processes, cash flow, and accurate, compliant financial records. Just as importantly, you’ll turn that work into real commercial insight, helping leadership make better decisions on pricing, investment and risk, not just reviewing the numbers after the fact.

This is a genuinely varied, hands-on role. You’ll work in a small, fast-moving team without a large finance function behind you, so you’ll be involved across the whole of finance, from month-end to investor updates, and you’ll build the processes as we grow.

You’ll also work closely with our CEO on the strategic side of the business, supporting investor reporting, fundraising activity, financial due diligence and growth-scenario modelling.



It’s a role with real visibility beyond the finance function, not just a back-office reporting seat.

We’re after someone who can build and refine financial models, manage relationships with auditors and advisors, and improve the systems and processes behind our finance function as we grow. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, so robust communication and the ability to translate financial detail into clear guidance matters as much as the technical skill.

If you’re CA/CPA qualified with strong finance experience, you’re comfortable making decisions with limited information, and you want a role where your analysis genuinely shapes decisions, not just reports on them, we’d love to talk. Start-up or scale-up experience is preferred, and so is experience in healthcare, technology or another high-growth environment.
