About The Role

A long-established physio practice in Sydney's Inner West is looking for a full time Physiotherapist to join its team. The clinic sees a genuine cross section of the community, from weekend sports players and competitive athletes to office workers and tradespeople with work-related injuries. If you like variety, and you value a practice that takes the time to explain each step of treatment to patients, this could suit you well.

The practice

- Independent private practice with a well-known local reputation
- A multidisciplinary setup, with physiotherapists, massage therapists and an exercise physiologist working under the one roof
- Patients ranging from recreational sports players to high level athletes
- A steady flow of work-related injuries, including office and construction workers
- Treatment tools include manual therapy, dry needling and acupuncture, joint mobilisation, and tailored stretching and exercise programs
- A focus on rapport and patient comfort, and a culture of keeping skills current through ongoing courses
- Accepts all major health funds, with online booking for patients

What Your Days Will Look Like

- Assessing and treating a broad range of MSK conditions, including back pain and sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, and hip and knee problems




- Treating headaches and migraines using hands-on techniques, dry needling and exercise
- Managing sports injuries from first assessment through to return to sport planning
- Treating and advising on work-related injuries, so patients get back to work safely
- Building tailored stretching and exercise programs patients can keep up between sessions
- Working alongside massage therapists and an exercise physiologist to support patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (general registration)
- Solid MSK assessment and treatment skills, with confidence in hands-on techniques
- An interest in sports injury rehab
- Dry needling or acupuncture experience is a plus
- A transparent, friendly communicator who builds good rapport with patients
- Australian work rights
