About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Marketing Strategist to lead a team of Marketing Strategists driving growth across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn for our e-commerce and lead generation portfolio. In this role, you will balance team management with direct client leadership, overseeing strategic execution while managing 1–2 key accounts to stay hands-on with market trends.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

- Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–5 Marketing Strategists.
- Set execution standards through coaching, joint client meetings, and actionable feedback.




- Ensure agency best practices and quality standards across account planning, execution, and reporting.

Client & Campaign Strategy

- Oversee digital marketing strategies for Megaphone’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with client revenue goals.
- Directly manage 1–2 key client accounts to maintain executional excellence and market expertise.
- Lead strategy development for high-stakes seasonal promotional periods and campaign launches.
- Audit performance (with a strong focus on Meta Ads) across the client portfolio to surface growth opportunities.

Agency & Growth Support

- Collaborate with agency leadership to integrate creative strategy, AI tools, and data analytics.
- Assist in pitch and strategy development for high-value new business opportunities.
- Drive internal knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate strategic capability across the team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Client Performance: Delivery against target ROAS, CPA, client retention, and NPS.
- Team Development: Team progression, staff retention, and leadership effectiveness.

Required Skills

- 5+ years in digital marketing (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record running paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and/or LinkedIn.
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, or leading performance marketers.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and performance reporting tools.
- Outstanding communication, executive client presence, and analytical thinking.
