You will support our chefs and food & beverage team by ensuring kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces are clean and ready for service. **Key Responsibilities** + Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, cookware, crockery, cutlery, and utensils. + Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, storage areas, and waste disposal areas. + Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock. + Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures. + Support the kitchen team during busy service periods. + Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to Hilton standards. + Must be available to work Weekends and Public Holidays
