Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities from planning through to contract formation.
- Develop procurement and tender documentation.
- Manage procurement market approaches and tender processes.
- Respond to RFIs and supplier enquiries.
- Chair tender evaluation and moderation meetings.
- Assess submissions and prepare recommendations for contract award.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, governance, policy, and probity requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
- Support procurement strategies that deliver value-for-money outcomes.

You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement processes.
- Experience handling medium to high-value contracts.
- Robust knowledge of procurement legislation, governance, and probity requirements.
- Experience preparing tender documentation and evaluation reports.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Strong written communication and reporting abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
