The System Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the organization's server infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise systems. This role ensures the availability, security, and performance of systems while providing technical support, troubleshooting incidents, managing upgrades, and implementing best practices.
The System Administrator works closely with internal teams to support business operations, maintain system reliability, and deliver infrastructure improvements.
In this role, you will:

Manage and maintain virtualized environments using Hyper-V, ensuring high availability, performance, and resource optimization.
Administer and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity services, and cloud-based resources.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure hybrid environments integrated with on-premises infrastructure.
Manage Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), including user provisioning, conditional access policies, MFA, and hybrid identity integrations.
Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, including application delivery, user access, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix infrastructure, user sessions, profiles, and connectivity.
Support cloud migration, virtualization, and digital workspace initiatives involving Azure, Hyper-V, and Citrix technologies.
Implement security best practices across Windows Server, Azure, Hyper-V, and Citrix environments.





GROW WITH INTENTION
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support.
Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) and hybrid environments.
Experience managing Hyper-V virtualized environments.
Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
Knowledge of server patching, security, backup, and disaster recovery.
Familiarity with ITSM processes, incident management, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Relevant Microsoft or Citrix certifications are an advantage.
