Description

We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with leaders across a high-volume operational environment, providing expert advice on employee and industrial relations, workforce matters and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert ER/IR advice to leaders across a large workforce.
- Partner with managers on performance, conduct, disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Lead and support workplace investigations and case management.
- Coach leaders on people processes,



policies and best practice.
- Drive employee lifecycle activities, including workforce planning, engagement and retention.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across operational teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes.

Profile

- Proven experience supporting large workforces (500+ employees)
- Strong ER/IR capability, including performance, discipline and workplace investigations
- Ability to influence and coach leaders in operational environments
- Degree-qualified HR professional
- Mining, industrial or complex multi-site experience highly regarded

Job Offer

- $135,000 - $145,000
