What We're Looking For * An inspiring and inclusive leader who can build and lead high-performing teams. * Strong partnership and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. * Strategic thinking and sound judgement, with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes * Experience leading complex programs, initiatives and organisational change. * Strong business, financial and resource management capabilities * Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide trusted advice to senior leaders. * A commitment to creating a positive,
