We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our flour mill in Northam, Western Australia.
Reporting to the Site Leader, forming part of the site leadership team, you'll lead production across milling, packing and site operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable being visible on the production floor, setting clear expectations and helping people perform at their best.
You'll be responsible for: * Building a safe, accountable and engaged team while delivering reliable production, quality and cost outcomes. * Driving operational performance and continuous improvement. * Ensuring strong safety, quality and food safety standards. * Partnering across the site to deliver business outcomes. About You
You're a hands-on, people-focused leader who builds strong teams and creates an environment where people can perform at their best.
You bring solid manufacturing experience and can balance people leadership with safe, reliable operational delivery.
The suitable candidate will possess: * Strong leadership experience within manufacturing or operations.



* A track record of building team capability and engagement. * A strong focus on safety, quality and operational excellence. * Good problem-solving and continuous improvement capability. * Solid communication and stakeholder management skills. * Flour milling experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
