An exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate ready to step into a Senior Associate role, or an established Senior Associate looking to play a key role in the expansion of a specialist commercial litigation firm.
Work closely with senior practitioners on complex commercial disputes, with genuine career progression and the opportunity to take on greater responsibility.

The work
Gain exposure to a diverse range of high-quality commercial litigation matters, including:

- Complex commercial and contractual disputes.
- Corporate insolvency, restructuring and related litigation.
- Shareholder disputes and business separations.
- Disputes arising from commercial contracts and business arrangements.

You'll work with an impressive national client base, including publicly listed companies, major corporate clients, insurers, insolvency practitioners and financial institutions, on matters spanning a range of industries and jurisdictions.

The role

- Join a close-knit, down-to-earth team with a national presence and exciting plans for growth.
- Run matters through to trial across Australian jurisdictions, including appearances at mediations and settlement conferences.
- Work directly with senior practitioners, gaining greater autonomy, responsibility and client exposure.

What you bring

- Senior Lawyer with at least 4+ PQE.
- A team player who is focused on building strong relationships.
- Established drafting, procedural and technical skills.
