JRM Hospitality is partnering with several highly regarded Sydney hospitality operators to recruit talented and ambitious Senior Chefs de Partie for a collection of exceptional restaurant opportunities.

These are fantastic roles for chefs who genuinely love cooking in a busy high volume and energy environment, appreciate quality produce and want to continue developing their skills in skilled, well-equipped and highly regarded kitchens.

With a strong focus on premium dry-aged meats, steak, handmade pasta and contemporary European cooking, these restaurants offer exciting opportunities to work with excellent ingredients, refined techniques and experienced culinary teams. Several kitchens also feature wood-fired and live-fire cooking, bringing another dimension to the culinary experience.

We're looking for accomplished CDPs who have already developed strong foundations in quality restaurants and are ready to take the next step in their careers.

With salaries up to $85K + super, attractive tips, reasonable working hours and genuine progression opportunities, these are roles well worth exploring.

The Role

- Premium Cooking - Work with exceptional produce, quality proteins, handmade pasta and refined restaurant dishes.

- Section Leadership - Take ownership of your section, maintaining consistency, organisation and high standards throughout preparation and service.

- Technical Development - Continue refining your skills across premium steak cookery, dry-aged meats, contemporary European cuisine and, where relevant, live-fire cooking.

- Team Collaboration - Work alongside experienced Head Chefs and Sous Chefs in skilled, supportive kitchen environments.

- Quality & Consistency - Deliver beautifully executed dishes while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and presentation.

- Career Progression - Build your leadership capabilities and develop towards future Junior Sous and Sous Chef opportunities.

About You





- An experienced Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie with a strong background in quality restaurant kitchens.

- Previous experience in premium, hatted or similarly refined restaurant environments will be highly regarded.

- Strong technical cooking skills and a genuine appreciation for excellent produce.

- Experience working with premium steaks, dry-aged meats, handmade pasta or contemporary European cuisine is highly desirable.

- Wood-fired or live-fire cooking experience would be advantageous for selected opportunities.

- Confident running your own section during busy services while maintaining quality and consistency.

- A positive, professional team player who enjoys learning and developing alongside talented chefs.

- Ambitious and motivated to progress into more senior kitchen positions.

- Must currently reside in Australia. Visa sponsorship transfers may be considered for suitable candidates already based in Australia. Overseas applications cannot be considered.
