The Roles

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

- Overseeing pastry section operations, preparation, production and service requirements.
- Producing and presenting high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods to consistent standards.
- Assisting with menu development, dessert concepts and seasonal offerings.
- Managing food costs, stock control, ordering and minimising wastage.
- Maintaining food safety standards while supporting,



training and developing junior pastry chefs.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with experience as a:

- Pastry Chef de Partie
- Pastry Sous Chef
- Head Pastry Chef

You will ideally bring:

- Experience within quality, high-volume or premium hospitality environments.
- Strong technical pastry skills, including desserts, pastries and baked goods.
- Excellent attention to detail, consistency and presentation.
- Strong organisational skills, with an understanding of food costs, stock control and production management.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to work collaboratively, mentor junior chefs and maintain high kitchen standards.
