The Role

We are seeking a safety-focused and reliable HR Driver with forklift licence to join Toll's onsite delivery operation at BHP Olympic Dam. This is a casual role to begin with to fill in for an operator for approximately 3 months.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant and timely transportation of freight to and from designated site locations, ensuring all deliveries meet customer requirements and site safety standards.

Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off | Shift times: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Location Olympic Dam

Payrate $62.73 per hour (flat rate)
Allowances DG bulk allowance $19.28 per day, Underground allowance: $4.00 per hour when working underground

Key Responsibilities

- Work in Toll's cross-docking operation at Olympic Dam mine site

- Deliver freight across the mine site in a safe and timely manner

- Complete up to 25 deliveries per day across 50-60 delivery locations

- Operate HR flat-top automatic trucks

- Load and unload freight using forklifts up to 32 tonnes

- Manage load restraint using 2.5-tonne lashings use dogs and chains occasionally

- Deliver freight underground when required

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated HR truck driving experience

- Currently forklift licence with experience operating large forklifts up to 32 tonnes

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety, including fatigue management and load restraint compliance

- Ability to follow procedures, complete documentation accurately and meet delivery timeframes

- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach when working with colleagues and site personnel





- Willingness to complete site inductions and training, follow instructions and contribute to a positive safety culture
