You'll lead pricing strategy, cost estimating and proposal governance across Defence bids, contract changes and task orders. Defence experience is welcome-but not essential. Strong commercial pricing professionals will be supported to transition. **What You'll Do** + Lead pricing and cost estimates across Defence proposals and contract variations + Develop competitive pricing aligned to CASG / Defence cost principles + Interpret RFPs and ensure pricing compliance with Defence requirements + Present cost models to senior leadership, customers and audit bodies + Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities + Support post-award pricing, negotiations and claims + Lead and mentor a skilled pricing team **What You'll Bring** + Degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting or similar + CA / CPA (or equivalent)
