You will work across both embedded and computer-based applications, contributing to the full software development lifecycle while mentoring team members and helping drive technical excellence. **Key Responsibilities** + Design, develop, test and maintain software solutions for agricultural technology products + Develop software requirements, technical designs and documentation + Create and maintain C/C++ applications in embedded and real-time environments + Build robust multi-threaded and event-driven software systems + Debug, troubleshoot and optimise complex software applications + Support software testing and validation activities + Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers within the team + Contribute to project planning, effort estimation and delivery schedules + Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions **About You** You'll be a passionate software engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and seeing your work deployed in real-world applications.
