Bonner Kebab and Pizzeria is a food retail business specialising in kebabs, pizza and takeaway food services. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our daily business operations, manage staff and maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the business, overseeing employees, monitoring financial performance, coordinating inventory and supplier arrangements, and implementing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Bonner Kebab and Pizzeria.
Plan and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
Recruit, train, supervise and manage employees, including staff rostering and performance monitoring.
Monitor sales revenue,
operating expenses, budgets and financial performance
Essential requirements:
Demonstrated experience in retail, hospitality or business operations management.
Strong leadership, organisational and staff management skills.
Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control and supplier management.
Experience of 1-2 years in same field.
