Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a role with a recognised agency, where no two days will be the same, working with a small enthusiastic team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire or workforce coordination.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
What does this role look like:
- End-to-end recruitment of permanent staff, including advertising, screening, interviewing,
and placement
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure best fit
- Build talent pools and foster strong candidate networks
- Contribute to building best practice recruitment systems
