Responsibilities:

- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in developing and achieving personal goals and aspirations.

- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in behaviour or health.




- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a similar role within the social care sector is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient approach to supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
