Working within a supportive finance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring resident financial transactions are managed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with legislative requirements.About the RoleReporting to the Finance Manager - Aged Care, you will assist with a range of financial and accounting functions supporting Ozcare's Residential Aged Care services. You will be responsible for resident billing, accommodation payments, reconciliations and financial administration, while providing exceptional service to residents, families and internal stakeholders.The role requires a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities within a busy finance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end resident billing and direct debit processesMaintain resident accounts, including admissions, departures, bonds and refund transactionsAdminister accommodation payments, including RADs, DAPs and associated government compliance requirementsPrepare monthly reconciliations and support financial reporting activitiesProcess accounting transactions accurately and within required timeframesMaintain accurate resident financial and billing recordsManage the Aged Care Finance inbox and respond to enquiries from residents, families and employeesAssist with invoicing, receipting,
