The successful candidate will have:

- Aa minimum of 4 years' experience practising tax law
- Experience working on complex tax advice, commercial transactions or tax structuring matters
- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret legislation and apply it to practical legal problems
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise and technically sound advice
- A proactive approach to client service and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A genuine commitment to developing specialist expertise in taxation
