An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced real estate sales professional to work alongside a high-performing agent in Melbourne's Bayside region.

This is not your traditional Sales Assistant role. You'll take ownership of the buyer side of the business, building strong relationships, managing buyer enquiries and identifying opportunities to convert buyers into future vendors.

With a strong earning opportunity and a genuine pathway into a Sales Consultant or Co-Agent position, this role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their real estate career.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage buyer enquiries, follow-ups and ongoing communication
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Maintain and develop the buyer database
- Engage with buyers throughout the purchasing process
- Assist with negotiations and buyer management
- Identify opportunities to convert buyers into future vendors
- Build long-term relationships that generate potential listings
- Work closely with the lead agent to support business growth and sales outcomes





What We're Looking For:

- Minimum two years of residential real estate sales experience
- Certificate IV in Property
- Robust buyer management and follow-up skills
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Professional presentation and a high level of integrity
- A proactive, accountable approach with a genuine commitment to client outcomes
- Ambition to progress into a Sales Consultant or Co-Agent position

The Details:

- Location: Bayside, VIC
- Hours: 5.5 days per week, including Saturdays
- Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + super
- Bonuses: Performance-based incentives, including buyer-to-vendor conversions
- Earning Potential: $120,000+ OTE
