Delaware North Australia is seeking a Head Chef to lead the Mindil Beach Casino Resort kitchen in Darwin on a 12-month contract. You will oversee The Vue restaurant and in-room dining, VIP Bar, Sportsbar, Infinity and Lagoon, bringing high-end culinary expertise to a diverse, vibrant setting.

You will develop innovative menus, mentor a large team, manage food costs and labour, uphold HACCP standards, and drive efficiency across menus and service.
