The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and producing engaging digital content that showcases our accommodation, facilities, events and guest experiences, strengthens our online presence, builds brand awareness and drives audience engagement and bookings. Duties and Responsibilities Plan, develop and produce engaging social media content promoting accommodation, food and beverage offerings, facilities, events and guest activities. Create and edit high-quality photographs, short-form videos, reels and other digital content for Instagram, Tik

Tok, Facebook and other relevant platforms. Develop creative content concepts and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Write engaging captions, promotional copy and other written content tailored to target audiences. Plan, maintain and manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely publication. Schedule and publish social media posts, stories and promotional content across multiple digital platforms. Create content supporting marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, events and guest engagement initiatives. Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms and audience preferences to identify content opportunities. Analyse social media performance, audience engagement and content effectiveness using relevant reporting and analytics tools. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements to content and engagement strategies. Manage online community engagement, including responding to comments, messages and user-generated content. Coordinate content production with management and operational teams to promote activities across the property. Maintain an organised library of digital assets, including photographs, videos and promotional materials.



Ensure all published content is consistent with brand standards and complies with relevant privacy and content requirements. Skills and Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a closely related field. At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in social media management, digital content creation, marketing or advertising. Demonstrated experience developing and managing promotional content for social media and digital marketing platforms. Proficiency in photography, video production and editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cap

Cut or similar tools. Robust understanding of Instagram, Tik

Tok, Facebook and current social media trends and engagement strategies. Experience using social media scheduling, analytics and reporting tools. Excellent written communication, copywriting and creative storytelling skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with management and operational teams while maintaining brand consistency. Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, events or lifestyle-related industries will be highly regarded. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and events as required.
