JP Hardware Supplies is looking for a motivated and customer-focused External Account Manager to join our team, supplying quality hardware products to the window and door industry.
This is an excellent chance for a sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, developing new business and growing existing accounts, with the potential to expand into additional territories as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits throughout Sydney Metro and the Western Suburbs.
- Promote our hardware product range and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
- Drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
- Contribute to the future expansion of our customer network across regional NSW, the Central West, the NSW coastline and the ACT.
About You
- Previous external sales or account management experience.
- Experience in the window and door industry or hardware supply is highly regarded.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and results-driven.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the designated territory.

The Opportunity The initial focus will be on developing our customer base across Sydney Metro and the Western Suburbs. Over time, there will be an opportunity to expand coverage along the NSW coast, into the ACT and potentially the Central West, creating further opportunities for business growth.
