About the role

Advise and support clients on all things immigration, from individuals and SMEs to large corporations. If you have an administration or application-support background and want to step onto the Registered Migration Agent pathway, this role is for you. Positions are open in both our Perth and Melbourne offices.

What you’ll do

Working under the guidance of a senior agent or manager, you will:

- Prepare visa applications for review and lodgment
- Manage your own caseload of individual, SME and corporate clients
- Identify genuine, creative migration pathways for each client
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders by email, phone, Microsoft Teams and in-office meetings
- Keep clients updated on progress and outcomes

What we’re looking for

Must have:

- A pass in the migration exam (Prescribed Qualification / Capstone), so you’re eligible to apply for MARN registration
- Explicit communication and meticulous follow-up by phone and email
- Initiative and the ability to work independently

Nice to have:

- 1-3 years’ experience as an RMA, or administration experience in migration, legal, HR or finance
- Basic understanding of employer-sponsored visas (subclasses 482, 186, 494, 400, 407)
- Familiarity with subclasses 820, 600, 190, 491
