About the Role

As our Bus Driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from:

- Community outings and scenic drives
- Shopping trips and local events
- Social gatherings and lifestyle activities
- Medical appointments
- Special celebrations and excursions

You'll work closely with our Lifestyle Team to ensure every outing is enjoyable, safe and engaging for residents.

What You'll Be Doing

- Safely operating the Care Community bus
- Assisting residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle
- Supporting residents during outings where required
- Conducting vehicle safety checks and maintaining cleanliness of the bus




- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
- Working collaboratively with Lifestyle and Care teams
- Ensuring compliance with road safety and transport requirements

About You

- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
- Previous experience driving buses or passenger vehicles highly regarded
- Friendly, patient and approachable personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interact confidently with older people
- Reliable, organised and safety-focused
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) desirable
