About the team

As part of the Project Management Office and wider IT Services team, you will support and manage business projects and process improvement initiatives to support the achievement of strategic objectives and the firm business plan

About the role

We're looking for a driven and collaborative Business Process & Improvement Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping how our business operates. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving systems, and partnering with people across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

- Combining elements of business analysis, project management, and change management, the position requires someone who is comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands on delivery.

- You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, translate them into clear requirements, and deliver practical, scalable solutions that support our strategic goals.

- We're looking for an individual with a strong problem solving mindset, a willingness to take on new challenges,



and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- The ideal candidate brings a flexible approach, communicates with clarity and confidence, and is motivated by driving outcomes that create meaningful impact across the organisation.

- You'll also explore how AI and automation can enhance the way our people work, developing simple proof of concepts that help teams understand, trial, and confidently adopt emerging technologies
