Who Are We?

We are a consulting company partnered with a global cybersecurity leader, seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Considering the role, you will work with clients with the main purpose of strengthening their cybersecurity approaches and helping with managing risks. Your client base will span across industries including BFSI, energy, utilities and government.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support in identifying, handling, and mitigating cybersecurity risks.
- Advise on developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies into practice according to the business objectives.
- Guide clients to address regulatory requirements, security frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Advise clients on crisis management, and long-term strategic planning.
- Evaluate clients’ security operations, tools, and infrastructure to identify gaps and provide improvements
- Coordinate threats identification, vulnerability detection, and addressing security weak spots.
- Provide executive leadership and key stakeholders with guidance on cybersecurity risks, assessments, and recommendations.
- Promote adoption of security-conscious practices and recognition of potential cyber-threats.
- Help clients enhance cybersecurity teams, operational processes, and technical capabilities.

Who We're Looking For:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership roles (CISO / CIO)
- Relevant industry knowledge in one or more sectors: government, BFSI,



energy, utilities, manufacturing, or mining.
- Deep expertise in security standards and regulatory requirements. (for instance, ISO 27001).
- Strong ability to assess cybersecurity gaps and implement effective solutions
- IAM / SSO / MFA /PAM
- Proficiency in identifying weaknesses in the existing security environment and developing advancements in order to address them
- Strong knowledge about current cyber threats, technologies, and changes in regulatory environments
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
