SongbirdX simultaneously builds the company system—including validation, AI agent workforce, brand, website, operations, growth, and capital strategy—and the human system, focusing on confidence, AI fluency, leadership, sales, and judgment. As the company becomes increasingly autonomous, the founder becomes more capable and remains in control, creating a partnership between human vision and AI-enabled execution.

Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of an AI-native company created through the SongbirdX platform.

The Co-Founder will oversee the development of operations, contribute to brand and positioning, and support the design of growth and capital strategies. Day-to-day activities may include setting priorities, engaging with early customers and partners, refining messaging, and making data-informed decisions that guide the company’s evolution.





The Co-Founder will also work on improving their own AI fluency, leadership, and decision-making capabilities to effectively lead an increasingly autonomous organization.

Qualifications / we are looking for some not all.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, evaluate business models, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative teamwork.
- Sales skills, with experience in customer discovery, building relationships, and closing early-stage deals or partnerships.
- Marketing skills, including brand positioning, go-to-market planning, and understanding of digital channels and audience growth.
- Research skills, with the ability to investigate markets, user needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in AI.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - initiative, resilience, and ownership in building or leading projects or ventures.
- Interest in or experience with technology, product development, marketing or businesses.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part time availability effectively, and collaborate across virtual teams.
- Background in business, technology, research, or a relevant domain is beneficial; prior startup or leadership experience is a plus.
