Permanent Opportunity The Commercial Systems Partner builds Anaplan-based self-service dashboards and planning tools that give business stakeholders direct access to insight, reducing reliance on ad-hoc reporting requests to the finance team. Business partnering is delivered primarily through the tools this role builds: well-designed, self-service dashboards that let stakeholders answer their own questions, supplemented by direct engagement with key departments.

This is a hands-on Anaplan development role requiring a strong systems background – the majority of this role's output is building and iterating front-end UI/UX in Anaplan, translating business needs into usable, well-designed planning and reporting tools rather than producing one-off analysis.

The core responsibilities of the Commercial Systems Partner include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Design and build front-end Anaplan dashboards and self-service planning tools based on stakeholder needs
- Business partner with Technology, Partnerships, and the CEO's office (among other stakeholders), understanding their needs and translating them into systems solutions
- Conduct monthly check-ins with business partners to review dashboard usage, gather feedback and identify evolving needs
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support and commentary to the Financial Control & Reporting (FCR) team and wider finance function as required
- Maintain a strong systems background across Anaplan and adjacent finance platforms to ensure dashboards and models remain scalable and well-architected
- Support forecasting and reforecast cycles by ensuring dashboards surface the right data at the right time for stakeholders





What are we looking for?

- Anaplan Model Builder certified, with demonstrated hands-on experience building front-end user interfaces and dashboards
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualified
- Strong systems background, with experience translating business requirements into technical dashboard and UI/UX solutions
- Strong relationship management and business partnering experience with senior stakeholders, including at C-suite level
- Genuine enthusiasm for hands-on Anaplan development, with a preference for building over pure analysis
- Strong eye for design and usability when building dashboards and reports for non-technical audiences
- Solid grounding in management accounting and financial concepts, sufficient to design dashboards that reflect the right metrics
