The successful candidate will be responsible for driving store performance, leading and developing the team, maintaining high operational standards and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and energetic environment. Develop and implement purchasing, pricing and marketing strategies to improve sales performance and business profitability. Plan, coordinate and oversee promotional activities and advertising campaigns to increase customer awareness of the establishment’s products and services. Assist customers with product and service selection, provide relevant advice on product usage, and facilitate sales transactions. Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure financial transactions and business records are properly documented. Prepare and manage budgets,



monitor business expenditure and review financial performance to support effective business operations. Recruit, train, supervise and coordinate staff to maintain operational efficiency and ensure compliance with established service standards. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, workplace procedures and applicable business regulations. Qualification & experience Proven background in store or retail management, or senior leadership roles within retail operations. In-depth understanding of convenience store operations and retail sales strategies. Excellent communication, team leadership, and customer service capabilities. Skilled in inventory control, logistics, and financial reporting. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to perform and adapt effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic retail setting.
