What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
- A strong Contract Administration background, with sound commercial and financial management skills.




- Experience delivering commercial projects valued at $10M+.
- Ideally, exposure to education, government or community projects.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive programme, budget, quality and safety outcomes.
- Confidence managing clients, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead a team and deliver results.

Your Role You'll take ownership of the project from start to finish, with responsibility for:

- Managing the full project lifecycle, from planning through to handover.
- Driving programme, budget, quality and safety performance.
- Overseeing contracts, variations, procurement and subcontractor management.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Identifying risks early and implementing practical solutions.
- Leading and motivating the project team to deliver a successful outcome.
