What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience delivering multiple enterprise AI projects using Python.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, AWS Fargate and Agent Core.
- Strong experience with AWS Strands Agents or similar agent orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain.
- Demonstrated experience developing AI agents, agent tools, agent skills and evaluation frameworks.

- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and feature ownership.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding platforms such as Kiro.
- Ability to challenge assumptions and critically evaluate AI-generated outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Highly Desirable
- Experience with AG-UI.
- Knowledge of A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication patterns.
- Experience building multi-agent systems.
- Exposure to Agentic RAG architectures and implementations.
What you'll get in return
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Agentic AI initiatives.
- Exposure to up-to-date AWS AI and agent orchestration platforms.
