Customer Service & Operations Associate Big 4 Bank Eveleigh, Sydney
$38.89 per hour + super
12-month contract with potential to go permanent
50/50 hybrid working after training
Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to break into banking? Join a growing team within a Big 4 Bank in a role offering a great balance of customer interaction and operational processing. This is approximately a 50% customer service/calls and 50% processing role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers while also being comfortable managing detailed requests and administration.
What you'll be doing:

- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing updates
- Supporting customers via phone and email
- Processing banking-related customer requests
- Assisting with accounts, corporate cards, merchant services and online banking
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Following up requests and keeping customers informed

We're looking for:




- At least 12 months' customer service experience
- Contact centre or phone-based experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with customers
- Financial services or insurance experience is advantageous, but not essential
