Urgent opportunity in Fast moving business in Western Sydney!

Your new company is a growing business in Western Sydney looking to employ a customer care professional with a background in warranty and service.
Your new role will include but will not be limited to:
Handle after-purchase repair requests and warranty claims in compliance with company policies.

- Assess issues, conduct, investigate & damage evaluations.
- Arrange technician service runs and manage customer appointment bookings
- Liaise with repair agents to arrange inspection & repair
- Follow up on service outcomes and promptly update customer and stores
- Investigate complex issues and collaborate with manager to achieve the best solution
- Track service parts and monitor repair progress to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate with manufacturers regarding service quality issues




- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvement to warranty policies or repair processes
- Service as the primary point of contact for warranty and repair enquiries via phone and email
- Resolve escalated customer complaints with a solutions-oriented approach

What you'll need to succeed
Similar experience in a high-volume workplace. Ability to commit to an office-based role for 5 days.
