Your new role
As a Full Stack .NET Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and support of enterprise applications across both backend and frontend technologies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative software solutions while ensuring quality, security, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET technologies.
- Develop and enhance responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Contribute to application architecture, code quality initiatives, and performance optimisation activities.
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable productive and reliable software delivery.
- Apply secure coding principles and security best practices throughout the development process.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

- Strong commercial experience in .NET backend development.
- Experience developing frontend applications using Angular or React.
- Exposure to AI spec-driven development methodologies (highly desirable).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience implementing, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of application security, secure coding practices, and software security controls.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
