- Strengthen and maintain the Obligations Management Framework, monitoring and reporting on contractual obligations and performance to support effective compliance.
- Implement robust contract management processes across the business to optimise contractual performance and support effective relationships with the Commonwealth.
- Provide accurate and timely advice, reporting and insights on strategic and transactional contract matters, highlighting emerging trends, risks and areas requiring management intervention.
- Lead the effective management and delivery of a broad portfolio of contractual obligations, including contract status reporting, claims management, compliance attestations and issues management.
- Establish and maintain effective governance rhythms and stakeholder engagement practices to support appropriate oversight, accountability and timely decision-making.
- Maintain contractual documentation, governance artefacts and reporting tools, ensuring information is accurate, current and appropriately managed.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to identify and resolve contractual issues, manage risk and strengthen contract management capability.

What you’ll need to make it possible

- Significant experience in contract management, contract compliance,

procurement or commercial roles supporting complex contracts.
- Demonstrated experience managing contractual obligations, governance processes, compliance requirements and associated reporting.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret contractual requirements and provide clear, practical advice to stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across a complex organisation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to identify risks, trends and issues and support appropriate commercial solutions.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline will be highly regarded.

Please note: This is a Security Cleared Position. Applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance. Why you’ll love it?

We support our people to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.
