- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design works
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and the Microsoft Office suite (Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace (at times).
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- Hold a NV1 or higher Australian Government security clearance.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development processes
- Willingness to learn and develop user experience design skills
