Founded in 2021, we’ve grown from a small online business into a thriving independent record store, serving more than 70,000 customers across Australia and beyond.

We sell vinyl records, turntables, speakers and everything in between, working with some of the world’s biggest record labels, independent artists and music distributors.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who can help us deliver the kind of customer experience that keeps people coming back.

The roleYou’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with everything from order enquiries and delivery updates to product advice, returns and troubleshooting.

This isn’t a role where you’ll just be copying and pasting responses all day. We want someone who can think for themselves, take ownership of problems and genuinely care about getting things right.

You’ll work closely with our retail, warehouse and ecommerce teams to make sure customers receive accurate information and issues are resolved quickly.

What you’ll be doing:

- Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat and social media.
- Helping customers with orders, pre-orders, shipping, returns and exchanges.
- Troubleshooting issues with vinyl records, turntables and audio equipment.
- Investigating delivery issues and liaising with shipping partners.
- Working with our warehouse and retail teams to resolve order issues.




- Keeping customers updated and following through until problems are resolved.
- Identifying recurring issues and suggesting ways to improve our processes.
- Helping customers discover new music, products and solutions.

Who we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys helping people. You’ll need to be a confident communicator, comfortable working in a busy environment and capable of juggling multiple enquiries without letting things slip through the cracks.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in ecommerce or retail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to solve problems independently and use good judgement.
- A calm, friendly and professional approach, even when dealing with difficult situations.
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
- A willingness to take responsibility and follow things through.
- An interest in music, vinyl records or audio equipment.

Experience with Shopify, Gorgias or other ecommerce customer service platforms would be an advantage, but isn’t essential. You don’t need to be a vinyl expert. We’re happy to teach you the technical side.
