About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support business decisions and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on business performance.
- Use statistical methods to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Perform data extraction and querying using SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Document analytical processes, findings, and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.




- Experience with SQL for querying and managing databases.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Understanding of Python or R for data analysis is desirable.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of Australian workplace and data privacy requirements is desirable.
